I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years and teaching for 4 years. I have seen first hand how regular yoga practice has helped reduce stress and anxiety in my own life, replacing it with a calm confidence to be more of my most authentic self. I am fully committed to guiding you through your unique practice, aiding you to find peace, patience, gratitude and compassion, through strength, balance and focus.

When Alice first came to teach me yoga I was an absolute 70 plus novice, having only participated in large yoga classes. I was unsure of the correct yoga positions and names, very scared of damaging my two hip replacements and unsteady on my feet but in a very short time Alice has enabled me to be the much stronger, able to balance, confident yoga practitioner that I’ve become.
She is very professional, carefully planning individual programmes tailored to improve yoga practice day by day and week by week. Many of my friends had Alice as a yoga teacher and we all miss her!
She is also a lovely human being who is not only kind and patient without being patronising but is able to instil the confidence and knowledge that I have and will continue to improve and because of her will enjoy yoga for the rest of my life.

I can’t recommend Alice highly enough as a yoga teacher. She brings such positivity and sensitivity to each session, as well as a delightful sense of humour. I was very fortunate to have Alice as my yoga teacher for over two years. The sessions were always very enjoyable in may ways, varied, challenging, relaxing and fun. Alice is a very skilled teacher and a consummate professional. She was quick to identify when I needed adaptations to postures, confident in letting me know when I needed to do something slightly different to improve a posture. Alice gave me so much confidence and I experienced success in postures I could never have dreamt of achieving. My strength, flexibility and ability to flow with relative smoothness through positions all greatly improved. Alice somehow succeeded in giving me the confidence to keep on trying with postures I found difficult. At one time, my husband joined in sessions and Alice, as a great teacher, accommodated both of us, varying postures to suit us as individuals with different needs.
